Listening to my client's needs and with direct communication, I establish a stated and written purpose of every Appraisal Assignment to identify the subject artwork and characteristics relevant to value and marketability in order to properly develop an opinion of replacement value.
I am a USPAP compliant and professional appraiser who subscribes to the Standards USPAP SR 8-3(a), Ethics and Competency Rules of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
